I just love my Pa

Here is my Pa so patiently teaching Kamrin how to sudoku. He even let her try her own line, which is big because he is serious about sudoku, he starts with the hard ones and goes back to the easy ones.
I just am so grateful to be able to have my grandparents around for my kids to love. I just wish they had the same time with the rest of them!

After the curlers and the tub

So here is my little bathtub granny after the curlers are out :)
I am actually very surprised these curls stayed in all day! I didn't use any hairspray until I took them out and then I only used a little. My hair would have been flat within the hour!

Oh Hallie

This is my little granny, curlers in her hair, plastic wrapped around so not to get wet in her bubble bath, what a nut!

I Love my Pa!

Can my Pa be any cuter? After pulling Hallie around, he sat down in the wagon and told her it was her turn and to RUN! She tried it just didn't work, but I got a picture so it was worth it!

Hallie started preschool..Sigh...

Seriously, one of these days I will figure out I need to do the last picture first. This is Halllies classroom, were lucky we got any pictures before she told us to leave.
When she first walks in she has to do a couple things so that she will start recognizing and reading her name(the sticker was for the first day)
Heading up the stairs to the door to the school
She wanted pictures by the bushes like Kamrin had taken. She is so funny. I love that she has the best sister to look up to!
She just wanted to get out the door and off to school. She was just so cute and not a bit nervous. I kept joking with Chris that she would ask us to drop her at the corner, she can do it herself. I'm actually waiting for that. Little Miss Independent. All in all it went perfect..I was sad, she seems too little and I can't believe she is to this point already!!

First day of 4th grade

4th grade??? I can not believe she is getting so old!! She actually started last Wednesday, I am way behind..
I am however loving this new pose she is striking. Take notice of her leg all bent a little! Its killing me! So cute!!

Last days of summer :(

We headed up to Park city to find shoes and on the way back stopped to see Bridal Veil Falls, The girls had a lot of fun, but did not appreciate the ICY water Seriously cant blame them though.. It was cold I was in and out in seconds BRR!
It is still a lot of fun to hike under the falls .... Yes I know Hallies bangs need to be cut.. They have been cut and she no longer looks uncared for ;)
This was up further and Hallie was not sure about it, and Chris wasn't happy either as he was in the ice cold water trying to get the picture.
On your way from where we parked there are benches and trees and little areas that look like they are made for pictures.. I wish I was a super awesome photographer, but, I am not
See! Super cute huh! I really didn't realize Hallies bangs looked this bad. I had been keeping them swept to the side. How is she even seeing??
Attempting to find cute spots. Kamrin Is so sweet as you can see, always trying to cuddle Hallie in.. She is the best sister.
Take notice of what Hallie thinks is her most beautiful smile :) It cracks me up every time. She really has an infectious smile that lights her whole face..This doesn't cut it when you see the real thing! Chris is so awesome to put up with my random stops then slow as a turtle pace. Not to mention the complaining of my feet hurting from swelling because of MY awesome plans :)

what the??

If you look closely at this picture you will see that the person in the back is a full grown woman!!! It was so funny! I was grateful to have my camera and a red light!!!

Zoo days!

So if you don't know, I love the zoo, and would probably go way more if it wasn't so far. This time I went with my cousin Dusty and her kids Lexi and Jakson, and my niece Kaylee
We even saw bears! Moving!
I had to document it
We also got to see, AWWW, the baby giraffe :) Its so tiny!
Another view of the awesome giraffe baby
It was HOT!! We all got ice cream and I got this awesome picture of everyone licking except Lexi, I'm thinking she knew a smile is the appropriate response to the word "Smile"
This is Hallie with the baby Meercats. They were pretty cute!
Dusty had to go and I had promised Hallie that we would ride the carousel, everyone else wanted the train so we made a deal. She immediately hopped on this wolf
Got them both on the elephant trunk
Kamrin hopped on first the penguin then the seal with babies
